1. Welcome and apologies

CDM welcomed those present and explained their reasoning for not distributing biscuits this term.

3. AOBs:
i. Confiscation notices finally accessed again. Review: change to `item(s)` & make A6
ii. Process for handing them out discussed; To be kept in DM cupboard and handed to the
confiscatee upon return from office
iii. CDM to endeavour there are always pens in DM box (and cupboard for above purpose)
iv. Updated Idiots’ guide to go up pending making the italics clearer and checking apostrophe
placement
v. CDM has had scans made of licenses, originals to be kept in Safe
vi. Matt P to be given buddy
vii. New term, new posters; please roll
viii. Logging into pc issues. If can’t login let Benji know. As temp measure WSC user account may
be brought online
ix. Alex would like carrots/grapes/apple slices in the absence of biscuits
x. Talk in office after publicity run of possibly bringing back double Sunday shows and losing
Mondays. CDM to see in exec meeting.
