Publicity Meeting @ 2007-06-25 17:30:00
1) Welcome and Apologies

2) Booklet design
Almost all of the images and titles have been gathered. Almost all of the reviews have been assigned. Work on laying out the booklet will start soon.
Mike and Matt agreed to help with the laying out. George will post instructions onto the forum next week (week starting 2/7/07). As it is only possible to work on the layout one at a time (since all the files are only on one computer) we will start with the first film of term and each person will just carry on from where we've got to. George requested that people don't remote onto the publicity account in the early evening as that is the only time he'll be able to work. Everyone was reminded to save regularly and to different versions (a new file for each day seems best). This means that older versions will still exist if anything goes wrong.
3) Start of term
There will be several big publicity runs at the start of term and a stall in the union for a few days.
