3. Fire exits
The L5 side fire exit doors have been replaced. You now need to close the left hand door first. You no longer need to do both doors at the same time.
4. Outgoing CDM’s thanks
The outgoing CDM thanked the members of the FoH committee for their stirling service, and expressed his gratitude at the team being so lovely during their tenure
5. AOBs:
i. A thank you was given to all the people who worked The Room; it was like clockwork and everyone worked hard.
ii. The Projectionists wish the outgoing CDM a happy retirement
