1. Welcome and apologies

The new CDM welcomed those present and distributed chocolate cookies purchased from the Jubilee Crescent Heron Foods.

The CDM asked those present to consider filling some of the stewarding spots available over the next few weeks.
3. The Allnighter
(Set up) — All DMs involved in some capacity, including at tills, by doors, inside L3. Roles to be assigned closer to the time.

4. AOBs
i. DM meetings are likely to continue being on Tuesdays at 6.10pm for the rest of term, as this time seems to work best.
ii. EPOS can now be used to sell tickets again, and raffle ticket shows have been cashed up.
iii. The new banner has unfortunately been ripped. Please do not attempt to put it up. The possibility of having something non-tearable was suggested.
iv. The outgoing publicity officer asked those present to roll A2s, and to be careful with banners if and when new ones are ordered.
v. More Blu Tack for the door signs was suggested.
