1. Welcome and apologies

The CDM welcomed those present and distributed chocolate bourbons purchased from the Jardine Crescent Farmfoods.
2. Rotas
The Shining is likely to be rescheduled to Sunday Week 9 — the CDM will inform DMs and stewards when it is added to the rotas.

The CDM asked those present to consider filling some of the stewarding spots over the coming week, including Brigsby Bear on Thursday Week 9.
3. AOBs
i. The CDM was asked to create a shortcut to the lost property log on the office desktops, or to create an easily accessible shortened link.
ii. Publicity photo frame images should not be thrown away — either leave them at the back of the frame or ideally put them back in the publicity officers’ tray.
iii. The possibility of putting smaller change (for instance, 10p coins) in the floats was floated. The CDM will look into this.
iv. It was noted that if the website is slow on a particular till, a proxy could sometimes be used to alleviate this, although proxies can be unreliable.
v. There will be an exec meeting tomorrow (Wednesday Week 9) from 3-5pm in E0.23, followed by an election for the role of events & socials coordinator in L3, followed by a meal at Bar Fusion, and then by circling from 7pm, and finally by Pop!
vi. It was clarified that the use of confiscation notices is at the discretion of the DM.
vii. Richard has obtained some walkie-talkies that could be used for communication between the DM and the projectionist. The CDM will look into this.
viii. Those present were encouraged to roll A2s.
