1. Welcome and apologies

The CDM welcomed those present and distributed Sainsbury’s basics chocolate chip cookies purchased from the Canley branch. The former CDM (2017-18) distributed kiwi chips as his ‘shadow snack’.

More stewards are needed for the late Detective Chinatown 2.
3. AOBs
i. The Chief Projectionist is happy with us putting stewards in the top row, but make sure to remind them not to step in front of the projector.
ii. The shutdown slide is a DCP, and not part of usual slideshow, and so can’t be repeated during a shutdown. This issue will potentially be fixed over summer.
iii. Door stewards can hold the door open for wheelchair users.
iv. Caleb noted that foxes are the only member of dog family that can retract its claws like a cat.
v. Reece informed the FoH committee that an event for the societies awards is now on the crew page.
vi. The question of polos for the Big Screening will be discussed at the next exec meeting.
vii. Caleb has spotted large cash boxes on sale in Aldi.
