• Those present were reminded about giving out filmstrips. Please see the email sent out for more details.
• Please try to close the doors as quietly as possible when going in and out of L3, especially during the film.
4. Refund Policy
• Refund policy has been changed, as per the CDM’s email.
• If a refund is given, please inform the CDM. The IT team working on making a ‘Refund log’ as currently all refunded tickets are deleted from the system.
• Please try to err on the side of being too generous.
• To give complimentary tickets:
1. Go to EPOS
2. Scroll to ‘Duty Manager’s Functions’
3. Press ‘Add Credit to University Member’
4. Enter the person’s university number, the reason for giving them a complimentary ticket, and the number of tickets to give them.
5. AOBs
i. Guess the Attendance closes tonight.
ii. The possibility of having a ‘stewarding social’ was discussed so that stewards could get to know each other better. The CDM found from reading Discourse that they used to be done ages ago. Meals are a big commitment, but a special film screening could be nice.
iii. If a customer is drunk to the point of possibly being unwell, the DM should call security even if their friends insist they can handle them.
iv. DM meetings will be in A0.05 for the rest of term.
