3. Notices

• The new hot drinks policy has now been approved by the exec.
• A photographer may be coming to some screenings to watch the film and then take photos of some of the customers, with their permission, outside in the concourse after the film. This is for a university project.
• The Fire Assembly Point for L3 is Car Park 7. The CDM will double check our responsibilities in the event of a fire.
• The CDM has updated the Wiki with a how to guide for using the Estates Helpdesk service to report faults with L3. If you do report a fault, please let the CDM know, and inform them of any updates. Alternatively, the CDM is more than happy to report faults on your behalf.

4. 2001: A Space Odyssey

• The late screening starts at 10pm, rather than 9.30pm. While this is mentioned on marketing slides, social media, and the website, no reference is made to this on the publicity. As such, people might turn up at the regular time for the late. The DMs for the show are encouraged to start earlier as a result as it is probably best to be out at the tills before 9.30pm.
• The film is 141 minutes long, but there will probably be a brief speech at the start and an intermission.
• The film will be projected in 70mm, and should be a great experience!!

5. Signs

• Food items and photography signs have been replaced. The ‘Please wait outside’ sign has not
been replaced, and it is probably not worth continuing to use it.

6. AOBs

i. Guesses for Guess the Attendance close at 7.15pm.
ii. There will be a Programming Meeting on Wednesday at 2pm in S0.08. If you can’t make it, feel free to make any comments on the Discourse thread or on the #filmsuggestions Slack channel. Alternatively, you can email the Films Officers.
iii. The battery for the safe has been replaced, but ‘new’ battery might not be new, meaning the CDM might have to buy a new battery.
iv. There is a hoodie order, see crew group for more information. The order closes Sunday 25 November. To order, fill in the form at warwick.film/newclothing.
v. Carpet is coming off of some of the steps in L3, in particular on the staircase up to the office. This has been reported to Estates, but in the meantime, please be careful.
vi. The WSC Secret Santa draw was discussed.
vii. Please roll A2s.
viii. The CDM will clarify the current photo frame situation with the Publicity Officers.
