• The AGM and elections are tomorrow (Wednesday 6 February) from 4pm in L3. Make sure to come along and vote, and best of luck to anyone who is running! There will be free pizza, as well as a free film for anyone who is not crew. Also, Taylor will be giving a speech.
• There will be an Exec meeting beforehand at 2pm in MB0.08 (Mathematical Sciences), and a meal after the elections in Xananas while the votes are counted.
• There is a new label on EAW machine to remind people to press ‘Cheque’ for POS.
• POS will hopefully be fixed at some point soon.
• In response to confusion between POS and EPOS, the next Chief Duty Manager is welcome to make up a new acronym for EPOS.
4. Double Features — Part 3
• Due to an unforeseen issue, the Halloween double feature didn’t work out quite as planned.
• Unfortunately, no customers from the 6.30pm Groundhog Day on Saturday took the opportunity to watch it again at the 9.30pm screening.
• Hopefully we will have the opportunity to run a successful double feature at some point. In the meantime, a triple feature approaches!
5. The Outgoing Chief Duty Manager's Reflections and Thanks
• Iain thanked everyone for a great year and for all being amazing. He remarked that it was a pleasure working with the Front of House team as Chief Duty Manager.
6. AOBs
i. Guesses in Guess the Attendance close at 7.15pm. There is also a bonus guess for the election turnout.
ii. Taylor reiterated the call for everyone to come to elections.

vii. In the context of Iain finishing his term as Chief DM and the imminent election of his successor, Casper quoted Ariana Grande to remark, “thank u, next”.
viii. Richard echoed the comments of Casper and Caleb, and made it known that he had thought to raise this point beforehand.
ix. Taylor thanked the “wonderful” Chief DM for a wonderful year of service, but would appreciate it if the next Chief DM brought things that aren’t biscuits to meetings.

xi. Patrycja provided “another echo”, and remarked that “copy and paste is fine” in terms of minuting all of this.
