# Proj Meeting: Term 2, Week 7 2019

## Rotas
* Shoplifters on 21/2 – Josh will be there
* The Favourite(Early) on 22/2 – filled by Callum
* BTTF Marathon on 23/2 – filled by Irene will proj all 3 starting at 2pm to test lighting, Richard will be around, as will Adam. We'll see what happens with certificates.
* Stan & Ollie(Early) on 24/2 – filled by Richard???
* Battle Royale on 26/2 – filled by Adam

> Kieran looked through reel 1 to find the issue, as it outracked by 1/2 a frame. It appears to be an issue with the print we got and thus he re-spliced it. It has probably been returned by now.
> Later addition from Kieran: ",The head of Moonstruck was indeed re-cut and the print returned. It was only (“only”) one perf out of rack, though."

## Proj Procedure Changes
* Media server was broken, fixed now.
* Write the volume of each automation cue next to it
* Playing 35mm sound: Turn on SDDS to play through CP500 – Richard doesn't understand why this is a thing.
* Projes should write down playlist names in reports (from AOBs)
## Back to the Future Marathon
* Everyone should be there for the handover. Films are v. good
* Pizza order post on crew page Saturday morning
* Posters will be put in the corridors, if people are around, help is wanted.

* AB: Glad for the writing saying '35mm projectionist'
