3. Notices
• There are now special BTTF marathon flyers. Please hand these out with normal weekly publicity until Saturday. There should be some of these in the publicity upright file, and more can be found on the shelf to the left of Arnie ‘The Ice’ Honeywell.
• Please remember to change the photo frame on the publicity table at the end of a show.
• It was requested that anyone who is available on Sunday 24th sign up to steward Stan & Ollie.
4. Back to the Future Marathon

5. AOBs
i. Guess the attendance closes at 7:15pm. Get those guesses in!
ii. Congratulations to Iain who reached 100 DM shows on the 17th with Suspiria. A round of applause was given.
iii. There’s a programming meeting from 3pm tomorrow in R1.04. If you can’t attend, suggestions can be added to the discourse thread, the slack #filmsuggestions channel or emailed to filmsofficer@warwick.film
iv. There’s a crew screening of Bohemian Rhapsody tomorrow on Wednesday 20th from 7pm.
v. There’s a crew screening of Mary Poppins on Wednesday 27th. It is excellently titled ‘A Supercalifragilisticexpiali-social’.
vi. Iain asked people to roll A2s.
vii. Iain stated that nominations are open for publicity officer, marketing officer, tech officer and socials coordinator. It was also noted that the Events and Socials coordinator gets the title ‘The Overlord of Fun’. Email Jamie at returningofficer@warwick.film to nominate yourself
viii. Antoinette encouraged TDMs to join slack – Iain showed this to Patrycja.
ix. Matt congratulated himself or reaching 50 DM shows – DMs reluctantly gave a round of applause. Richard refused to applaud.
