Present. Alex said there’s no report.
Shutdown Procedure Discussion
Jamie’s Q show had an issue where the DMs thought they had ordered a shutdown, but Jamie was waiting for second confirmation.
See DM meeting minutes from a few days ago for their discussion.
Callum et al is arguing for the current system to be kept, but with the default option to shut down unless told otherwise.
Andy suggested using the walkie talkies; Jamie supported him, Alex thinks they’re too intrusive.
The final decision has been noted in proj procedure

Proj Procedure Changes
The proj. should be informed of the shut down AT LEAST 15 mins before end of (ads and) trailers.
The current system will be kept, but with the default option to shut down unless told otherwise.
Include shutdown training in the SNAPS test and possibly in the ATS
Kieran says look at mono level on CP500, as it’s far too quiet.
Richard says masking wide macro on playlist doesn’t always work.
Kieran says there was a potentially phantom masking change today. Keep an eye on it!

IW says that it’s now possible to see ALL estates reports submitted by everyone! This is helpful.

KH says Lawrence of Arabia is being collected on Monday
A lengthy discussion was had about 35mm training.
