Meeting commenced - 18:10
1. Welcome and apologies
DMs Present: Matt, Iain, Alex, Richard, Taylor, Caleb, Chris, Patrycja, Ali, Antoinette
Apologies: Mike, James, Niall, Anjana, Casper, Wilkie
Also Present: Josh Bullin
The CDM welcomed all DMs, lots of snacks were distributed.
2. End of Term Reflections and Thanks
The CDM thanked the DM team for their great work throughout the term.
The CDM also stated that he would be happy to receive any feedback on things that went well or didn’t go so well over
the term.
Iain discussed the refunding of tickets following Vice. He is considering making a wiki article.
3. AOBs
i. Congratulations to Patrycja who qualified on Vice.
ii. Guess the attendance closes at 7:15pm. Get those guesses in!
iii. There’s the end of term meal tomorrow at Wagamama from 7pm. If you can’t make it to the meal, please come along to Spoons from 8:45.
iv. There is The Mystery Film tonight straight after this meeting.
v. Taylor stated that there is also Kelsey’s tomorrow night after Spoons for the ‘hardcores’.
vi. Taylor expressed hope that spoons have the ingredients for Ginberry Fizz. This didn’t happen in Castleford.
vii. Caleb wanted to congratulate the DM team for bringing the safe code back within our remit and was pleased that no projectionist will know the safe code next term.
viii. Caleb also reminded people to lock the office doors.
ix. Alex asked people to roll A2s. He asked Matt if we can get A3s.
x. Josh told people to bring £1 and 50ps for the jukebox in Kelsey’s.
xi. Chris would like to thank the CDM for covering for him last week.
xii. Iain encouraged everyone again to come to The Mystery Film.
4. Fun
The DM team had a great time playing Quiplash. Antoinette won the first and second game.
