1. Welcome and apologies

The CDM welcomed all DMs, baked goods were distributed.
2. Rotas
QDM slots left

3. Notices
• A company has done a prize draw with tickets for our screenings. If someone comes along with one of these (Black with yellow lettering reading ‘Potential Advantage Raffle Prize’) please stamp on the grey WSC logo and print them a DM override complimentary ticket. They can keep this prize ticket if they want, just make sure not to accept a stamped ticket in the future.
• There are plenty of stewarding slots still available on Blazing Saddles, Rush Hour and Borat.
4. TADONM
Meetings will likely be in Weeks 3 and 9. Next one will be Friday Week 3 at 5pm.
5. AOBs
i. Good luck to everyone with exams.
ii. Guess the attendance closes at 6:15pm. Get those guesses in!
iii. The films that would have been on the digital schedule are on the SU wall planner so be aware that people may turn up thinking it’s the wrong film. Direct them to our new publicity.
iv. The Safe code will be changed at some point soon, the CDM will inform you before your next show.
v. Iain reminded everyone that there is the Term 1 Programming Meeting next week on Wednesday at 3pm R1.04, see the Facebook event for more details. There’s also the social ‘Oh Duck it’s term 3 already’ next Thursday in the Dirty Duck.
vi. Iain wished for people to vote in local elections next Thursday. Register to vote for EU elections which are at some point soon. Iain will update everyone soon.
vii. Iain told people about the next Odeon Screen Unseen social titled ‘Screen Unseven’ on Monday in week 3, it will be our new Social Coordinator Elena’s first time running this event. More details on the Facebook event on the crew page.
viii. Richard asked people to roll A4s, there was also a mention of folding loyalty cards.
ix. Wilkie encouraged people to vote for Luke Shortland in the local elections though he wasn’t sure which ward this was in.
x. Jamie requested people come to Where’s That Fire? starring the marvellous Will Hay at 11am on Sunday. Will Hay was a man before his time; Dad’s Army, Father Ted and more were all inspired by him. Antoinette added that it will be special as it is an archive print.
xi. WSC may be featured on the 6:30pm BBC Midlands Today news.
