1. Welcome and apologies

The CDM welcomed all DMs. Muffins were distributed.

• Every show this week is available except Lion King (6:30, Saturday). Please sign up when you get the chance.
Also need stewards on Lion King (both), and Annabelle.
3. Notices
• Please remember to push memberships, unless the show is too busy. We’ve not been able to sell too many recently due to busy shows.
• TDM booklets have been moved to the inside of the DM cupboard door in the purple pocket.
• With digital returning soon, please remember that Proj will need at least 15 minutes of notice for a shutdown in order to create a shutdown playlist. Try to make a decision by half past, and work on the safe side as its better to plan a shutdown in these cases. Once a shutdown is requested, Proj should assume to execute it unless we go back to cancel later – but it is best to clarify procedure with them when asking for a shutdown.
• Antoinette reminded everyone to make sure you ask Proj if we have a film.
4. AOBs
i. Guess the Attendance closes at 6pm on Friday. Get your guesses in!
ii. There is a second programming meeting in L3 from 2-4pm tomorrow. If you can’t attend but would like points conveyed, the CDM can raise them at the meeting. Check discourse for updates (click the forums tab on the website).
iii. There is a joint social with First Aid Soc tomorrow watching Coco in L3 from 6pm.
iv. The CDM is looking into ways to recruit more stewards once digital returns. If you have any ideas on this, please let him know.
v. Antoinette requested that people register to vote.
