3. Notices
• After the Trans Inclusivity workshop last week, we are taking some steps to make our society as inclusive as possible. Please ensure that you’re announcements don’t reference gender (The CDM uses ‘Hi everyone’). We have pronoun badges which you can wear while DMing if you like – these can be found in the master till cupboard but may be moved.
4. AOBs
i. There are two socials this week: Birmingham Christmas Market tomorrow, and Last Christmas on Saturday.
ii. Antoinette mentioned the Christmas meal on Wednesday Week 10 and said it would be great to see the TDMs there.
iii. Antoinette referenced the CDMs complaints about paying for snacks and said that we could maybe introduce a rota for snacks for next term.
iv. Antoinette noted that complimentary tickets were fixed.
