1. Welcome and apologies

The CDM welcomed all DMs, and distributed millionaire shortbread.
2. Rotas

3. Notices
• The DM locker is gone. All signs and licenses will now be left on top of the safe. If you confiscate any alcohol during a screening you can leave it in the DM cupboard.
• The safe code has been changed, the CDM will let you know the code before your next show.
• The IT team are looking into making it so that a Loyalty card ticket can’t be sold with any other ticket on EPOS. This will reduce the likelihood of till differences.
• Tuesday 6-7pm has won the doodle poll, so DM Meetings will be at this time for the rest of term. Matt has also booked A0.05 for the next 10 weeks.
• The webcam isn’t active currently and won’t be back until the new projector is installed. If you’re waiting for proj to put slides up, you can ask them to come tell you when we’re ready to let people in.
• Matt will redo Idiot’s guide to till differences soon. He is also looking to make a guide to till training stewards.
4. Special Events
We have the special events Evening of Ghibli in W5 and Bridget Jones’s Trilogy in W7. In the past with Allnighters, we’ve put DMs on tills and been left with stewards having little to do. I think it would be best to have three DMs on the rotas and then all other DMs can sign up as stewards if they’d like to help. So, if you want to help DM please add yourself to the rotas. If you want to steward, please sign up for that.
5. AOBs
i. There’s a Welcome Back meal this Friday at Varsity. Meet in L3 at 7pm or at Varsity at 7:15pm.
ii. Let Matt know what snacks you’d like at next week’s DM meeting by putting your suggestions in the #dmsnacks slack channel.
iii. There’s a test in L3 this Thursday from 6-7pm.
iv. Pub run this week Weds 2pm. Please help if possible. Meet in L3 at 2pm.
v. Getting Involved Meeting Weds W2 at 2pm, you can come along and talk to people about stewarding.
vi. Meet the Exec Weds W3 at 5pm. You can come learn more about each exec role and how you can run.
vii. Antoinette reiterated the CDMs requests for people to come to meet the exec and to sign up to steward the special events.
viii. Niall said that he thought Up was a great show and he had a lot of fun.
ix. Antoinette shared that our recent Facebook post of the schedule had our best ever viewing figures with over 10,000 people reached.
x. Antoinette shared that the projector would hopefully be installed on Saturday week 3.
xi. Ali thanked Matt for the great distribution of the shortbread.
xii. Jack requested the number of snacks to be an integer multiple of the number of attendees.
xiii. James requested that people come to Cats.
