3. Notices
• The safe has been moved to next to the recycling bin.
• Matt has redone the guide to till differences. He has also made a guide to deactivation forms. These will be shared soon.
4. AOBs
i. Getting Involved Meeting tomorrow at 2pm, you can come along and talk to people about stewarding and enjoy free pizza.
ii. Exec Meeting tomorrow at 5pm in H4.02.
iii. Meet the Exec Weds Week 3 in L3 at 5pm. You can come learn more about each exec role and how you can run ahead of the elections in Week 5.
iv. Niall liked that we had an integer multiple of snacks.
v. Jamie had to leave early due to a shadow show.
vi. Rianna shared that she had a very eventful show with Zuzanna yesterday, they ‘broke’ the table in L3 by removing the crank and were also surprised to find out the tills were touchscreen. They enjoyed watching Love Island in the office while cashing up. The CDM was unsure how you’d find time to watch every episode of Love Island to which Rianna said that you make time for the things you care about.
vii. Antoinette said that the midnight show went well and moaned about having to DM and being ill afterwards. It was suggested that we should avoid longer films or do 10pm screenings. No alcohol needed to be confiscated which was good. Matt noted that it seems that alcohol has become very rare now, but we should still look for it.
