Meeting commenced - 18:10
1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Jack, Rianna, Ali, Jordan, James, Antoinette

The CDM welcomed all DMs and Jaffa cakes were shared.
2. Rotas
QDM
• Friday 31st Jan 9:30pm – Weathering With You –
Every other QDM, TDM and Steward slot is full for the next two weeks. Thanks were given to the team for keeping the rotas full.
3. Notices
• CDM will soon print the DM guides and also share them by email to all QDMs and TDMs. Please look out for these.
• New double procedure seemed to work well on Jumanji 2 with Matt and Amira. Please continue to test this out and let the CDM know if there are any weird situations.
4. Evening of Ghibli
We have 4 DMs currently signed up as well as one TDM. Will need a DM for every film to oversee L3.
Will have Matt and next CDM overseeing all. Jamie R overseeing tills with a TDM. Rianna and Ant will be on tills. Matt will allocate further next week. Anyone can help out including TDMs. Please let Matt know if you’d like to be added to the rotas. Jack said he would like to help.
5. AOBs
i. Exec meeting tomorrow in B2.03 (Sci Conc) at 2pm.
ii. Get your nominations in for exec roles. Nominations close on Monday. Elections take place next Wednesday at 5pm.
iii. Congratulations were given to Jack who qualified recently.
iv. Antoinette said that there’s a poster channel on slack, but she might be taking over this.
v. Jack personally thanked Ali for his congratulations.
vi. Rianna said there is confusion between the FB event and our collabs board regarding our collab with either litsoc or writing soc for Little Women. She asked us to clarify which one it is. It is actually writing soc. The CDM said the board would be updated.
vii. Matt shared the news that we (probably) had our most successful socs collab on Jumanji 2 with 4 sales for Table Top & Board Games Members.
viii. Ali wished to separately congratulate Jack.
ix. James commended the CDM on his decision to change the double procedure.
x. James asked if we are doing another pop. The team were keen to do it in Week 8.
xi. Antoinette declared she had 2 AOBs.
xii. Antoinette mentioned the social to The Wave Coventry tomorrow.
xiii. Antoinette wished people to run for exec if they haven’t already.
xiv. James asked if anyone wanted a POP ticket for this week, as he was selling.
xv. Jack apologised for being the reason for the new double procedure.
xvi. Ant asked all for their thoughts on the new safe position. All team members were fans of the position.
xvii. Jack said that in a couple of weeks there is a lecture clash with this meeting with PDEs from week 6. Matt said that if the next CDM desires, they can change the meeting time.
