Tech Officer’s Report
Alex tipped all of the pens out of the pen pot and replaced them with the new ones without clearing them up!
The Tech Officer has abandoned their role to become president
Editor's note: Alex later put the pens back. There was apparently a legitimate reason for their displacement.
Proj Procedure Changes
From now on, Jamie has agreed Marketing will send info regarding sponsored content to be played for a week
The committee had a vote to accept that the DMs will no longer ask “Do we have a film?”. Problems that could prevent the film from being shown (on time) should instead be raised with the DM and TDM as soon as they are discovered.
