1. Welcome and apologies

3. Notices
• If you have any large till differences that are probably due to EAW, you should not deactivate the show and leave the takings in a box in the safe and let Matt know of the issues.
• Please remember to make use of the Lost Property Log, this can be found at tinyurl.com/WSCLPL – this URL is also on a label on the inside of the DM cupboard door. Jack will take things to the gatehouse at some point after this so make sure you either put any lost property in the CDM tray or the safe (if it’s expensive).
• Please try to make sure doors isn’t a punishment or the worse place to be when stewarding. The President commented that he worries that this may be off-putting to stewards and sets a bad tone. Make sure that you ask stewards if they have a preference between doors and tills and try to make as many people happy as possible. On a quiet show with 4 stewards, consider only opening 2 tills and having 2 stewards on doors. Don’t give the impression that doors is the worse job as this is picked up and mirrored by stewards (Especially when you are stewarding). Make sure that, when doing checks, you are communicating with the door stewards. Swapping people about has also been working well.

4. AOBs
i. Jack wants to say thank you to everyone that helped with Bridget Jones’s Trilogy. It went incredibly smoothly and everyone there seemed to have a great time. There was also a £0 till difference which is nice to see. If anyone hasn’t picked up their event staff tickets, they’re in the CDM tray.
ii. Congratulations to Sueda who qualified as a DM on the 3:30pm screening of 1917!
iii. What are everyone’s plans for next term? How much DMing would you be happy to do? Currently the schedule has 7 screenings for weeks 1 – 4, 2 screenings for weeks 5-7, 3 screenings for week 8 and 8 screenings for week 9.
iv. The solvent for the stamps in the DM box has been moved to in the DM cupboard. This is only meant to be used when ink has dried on the stamps, so only really needs using after a break (So at the start of term). Please only use ink to refill the stamps.
v. When till training consider using a normal profile first, then show a crew profile to highlight the changes to the ticket options. Maybe explain Year Ticket too.
vi. Niall thought Bridget Jones was excellent.
vii. Matt reminded everyone about the Election and Pop social tomorrow. R1.15, 5pm.
viii. Matt would like everyone to know there will be a meal before the Pub Quiz this Saturday. Also come to and help steward the pub quiz, as “it’s the only time you can drink while stewarding”.
ix. Jordan would like to ask everyone to vote for him and Sueda as publicity officer.
x. Antoinette would like everyone to vote in the SU elections. It would look good if a lot of the society vote in the elections.
xi. Antoinette would like everyone to know that the provisional film schedule is up online. Please have a look and leave your comments.
xii. Antoinette would like to remind everyone to find someone to dress up as for Pop tomorrow.
xiii. Matt would like everyone to vote Jordan and Sueda in the election tomorrow.
xiv. Antoinette would like to remind Jack that some members of the team have allergies (Especially peanuts). Please avoid nuts in general in the office.
xv. Try to introduce stewards to selling memberships on their second till show, remind them to ask if people have memberships when selling a ticket.
