1. Welcome & Apologies
Apologies from Alex who arrived late
2. Welcome Week and Publicity
AP welcomes everyone back after the Summer
AP says no bag packing this year, so need a big push with pub runs etc
Next week or two, schedule complete and voted for
SO offers to teach publicity to anyone interested
AA and JH present a new schedule, crew for shows is discussed
SO happy to speed-qualify DMs; Kieran will be on hand to help out with shows
AP says the 3rd week of September is the deadline for publicity.
No booklets for T1, maybe T2.
MSW has made progress with a discord :)
3. Lifetime Crew
Voting on Lifetime Crew Membership took place for:
Elena Salmon, Jamie Rolinski, Jack Spagnoli, Divyah Suresh, Matt Potter, Matt Randell, Jamie Lok, Hannah Skillman, Antoinette Clare, Eliska Kalinova, Marta Meazza, Rianna Hughes, Niall Mcdaid
All passed unanimously with all given lifetime crew.
