1. Apologies

2. Team Updates
PROJ TEAM – MK says it’s been good, new Q-proj Lachlan. ITS tomorrow for new trainees. Hopefully will start around the same time two Q-projes qualify.
IT TEAM – EaW emails have been disabled. RIP EaW :(
MARKETING TEAM – Currently no team - Trying to update excel document from last officers. Wants to formalise this first before inviting new members.
Has received collab requests from lots of societies.
Wants to run through other marketing docs with Alex.
Monsters Inc.
Will finish spreadsheet by end of weekend.

DM TEAM – AP adds from SO: Sueda needs more stewards, ideas on how to recruit?

4. Deadlines for Publicity/Marketing/Schedule (& TADON Programming Meeting)
MARKETING –
PUBLICITY – AP has ordered A6s for the LotR All-Nighter, hopefully here on Monday. Will arrange Pub Run for next weekend
PROGRAMMING – AP says schedule is done! Woo!
JH and AP agree on Programming Meeting Friday 5PM, followed by a Publicity Run
5. Next Getting Involved Meeting
AP suggests weekend of Week 5, allow advertising before! We were snowed under in WW so that wasn’t as well attended.
Leave slot for the quiz next term, AP asks JH to check Copper Rooms events to avoid clashes. MSW suggests giving some free tickets to winners, e.g. top 50%.
6. Update on Projector Situation
AP has secured a 6 month extra window on repayment, waiting until June/July. Still need to make a payment. 3 years left. It’s very doable, if we have another “normal” year we’d be done :)
7. LOTR All-Nighter
AS is working on a trailer for it! AP recommends MK builds a whole night playlist with 3 stops.
We’ll see what happens with food orders. AP says he’ll do popcorn for the AllNighter
8. Big Screening
AP says we’ll order flyers for this closer to the time. AP asks people to be around to help out with deckchairs etc pls. Also if anyone could make a video/slide/other advert, it’s a great opportunity to advertise WSC
9. Collaborations, Events and Socials
AP wants to be reminded to make Facebook Events for collabs. Tabletop/Fantasy soc for LotR collabs.
