Meeting Commenced: 17:05
1. Welcome and Apologies
Dm's Present: James, Anna, Kieran, Sueda, Max, Sophie.
Apologies: Hashir, Olivia, Joe, Dillan.
CDM Welcomed everyone and distributed high quality biscuits and a chocolate egg (bet you wished you were all there now!)
2. Rotas:
All shows for Week 1 full barring Cocaine Bear, Sueda agreed to fill it.
3. Notices:
CDM James asked everyone to please prioritise their exams and assignments, and to avoid booking yourselves on shows the night before an early exam. Also reminding everyone that he is the Welfare Officer and so if you would like to talk about anything at all just to email or Slack DM him.
Breif discussion began on when to do James' qualification show, decision was made to do it on the early Pearl screening as it will likely be busy.
Sueda has noticed that one of the stamps was almost completely broken likely due to a steward being too heavy handed with it. So take extra care to ensure stewards, especially new stewards, are being careful with the stamps.
Max asks if there is a continuing issue with the Wi-fi as there were isssues with it on a prior show, Kieran explained that it will not be an issue going forward so not worth worrying about.
4. AOBS:
Sueda mentioned that we will need more blue and green till roll for term 1 and 2 next year. New CDM will handle this.
5. Trainee discussion:
There was no trainee discussion as there has only been one show so far this term.
