4. Shut-Down Show Procedure
This was split between a general discussion and a specific explanation on the Super Maio shutdown show.
There was some uncertainty on why I issued a shutdown show as the numbers did not indicate a requirement for one. The reasons I issued it was due to one of my stewards being less expierenced, but primarily due to the far end till being tempramental and taking a long time to print tickets (up to one minute). Meaning there were concerns the till would be shutdown, but at the very least it heavily slowed things down. It was required in the end.
The common decision on when to "end" a shutdown show (provided it was needed and not cancelled), is at a point when you know you can get all your stewards in before the film starts. Remember to send a steward to ask for the film to be started (or do it yourself), as the projectionists will not do it for you.
