Meeting Commenced 16:10
1. Welcome and Apologies
Present: Joe, Daniel, Eric, Kieran, Anna, Max, Liv, James.
Apologies: Dillan, Sueda
2. Rotas
The three shows were all filled with TDMs, Infinity Pool by Daniel, early Guardians of the Galaxy by Hashir, the late by Eric. Anna agreed to be the QDM for Infinity Pool, Max for Guardians early, and Joe for Guardians late.
3. Notices
Vomit was all over the floor of the corridor into L3 for the Hot Fuzz late, it was cleaned up by James and Daniel. It was cleaned up the best it could be. Make sure you use all the DM cleaning supplies you need, they are in the DM cupboard. Community Safety was called in order to report it and it was cleaned up on the Monday morning two days later. So if unsure you can always call Community Safety to report it after you have cleaned it up the best you can.
5. AOBs
Anna raised the issue of if on a 35mm show there is a change over issue if the DM on show should check with the proj as to what the issue is. I expressed that this would likely be uncomfortable for the proj and Liv agreed. However, if the issue is lasting for a while, i.e. 5 minutes, please do announce to the audience that there is an issue and to please remain seated. Then check with the proj to make sure they can actually fix the issue. - Please do not stress out the proj, they are likely stressed enough as is, so give them time.
6. Trainee Discussion
Results of the trainee discussion have been shared with the QDMs. If any QDMs would like further details of the meeting please contact the CDM via email or slack and appropriate details can be shared.
