1. Welcome and Apologies:

2. Rotas:
All shows are full apart from the Beau Is Afraid late and early screening. Liv agrees to fill the early and will do the late if no one else fills it.
3. Notices:
A mild change will be made to the training scheme under the "Emergencies" section. This will include ensuring QDMs are aware of the locations of nearby AEDs. This is vital as the survival rate where CPR alone is properly administered is approximately 6%, whereas proper deployment of an AED within 3-5 minutes in combination with CPR results in a survival rate of approximately 50%-70%. You do not require training to use an AED making them even more important if no one present knows CPR.
The two nearest AEDs can be found at the far end of the science concourse, this one is locked and requires a call to community safety for it to be unlocked. The number is both on the box and on the back of University IDs. The second is in the open and can be found in the Library reception area next to the front desk. Ensure all TDMs are fully aware of this during training.
Furthermore, a clear set of instructions on how to properly contact emergency services through Community Safety will be printed out and attached to the wall of the hallway.
4. AOBs:
A flashing lights sign will be made and laminated so it can be used for all shows that have flashing lights so film specific ones will not need to be printed out.
Comments can now be put on the profiles of stewards who miss shows as it has been confirmed that they cannot see these comments, only other QDMs and TDMs can. This is not to be used for TDMs who miss shows for either stewarding OR TDMing. Instead put a note on their trainee tracker.
It is fully up to the QDM on show as to which doors stewards stand at when the show ends. It is encouraged that the QDM ensures there are not too many stewards/crew members crowding around one exit to avoid difficulties for the audience in exiting L3.
