Exec Meeting - Saturday 2nd December, 3pm - FAB2.32

Exec Updates
EL: Proj is still working, Trainees still going, they have power and passion :)
JPT: FoH also has passion. More TDMs, people are more passionate. More emails about joining FoH, but end of term so asking people to get back in touch at start of next term. FoH not desperate for people right now, plenty of DMs and stewards.
JPL: Marketing all going well, started working on trackers for next term, Christmas slide ready for the screens and for the instagram.
DK: No IT team — tech day happening on Monday or Tuesday W11, things are being installed, hopefully nothing breaks
ED: Treasury team — things are progressing, need everyone to ok size or to message size, know people that might want one but not seen message in general please prompt them, order is happening soon.
SC: Has booking for meal been done yet? MM: Apparently booked 20 person table.
DK: Secret Santa in progress, do not forget about gifts.
EL: Tech team has pre-emptively looked at the rectifier in case it is melting but it is not melting and is under control - probably residual melting
KH walks into the room and Karens about allergens. “I waited over 20 minutes for an espresso!”
ZM: new releases should be okay as they are in slots where they should definitely be bookable.
Boy and the Heron - asked what week they would be able to take single day bookings, in March. Tried booking for that specific date, still not replied.

DK: can we dcp bend it by Beckham? ZM: Unsure - 35mm only
JPT: it’s either terminator 2 or no 70mm
ED: if 70mm print is going to cost us a lot, I’d rather not if it’s any of those options, don’t think it’s worth it
DK: can we get it on 35mm? ZM: but still with entertainment
KH: more 70mm stuff, some 80s blow ups, Nolan stuff
ZM: yeah but only ones we are sure are there, ig Nolan is sure it is there

SC: yeah drafts are out, new draft coming out if not tonight deffo tomorrow everyone has been doing their bits chasing a few reviews

Once new A2, A4 and LC new drafts are out pls have a look so I can move onto other things
Booklet not progressed much, degree is hard, have accounted in budget and will happen in next couple of weeks

Everything is spot on apart from A2 which came in only 2000 or 5000 but we wanted 4000

KH: can people be less disgusting with the office, I am not a tidy person, definitely leave bottles etc stuff, too much for me, hazard to human health, pile of binbags with mainly food waste is grim, people leave stuff out and in the sink and expect it to disappear and people making stuff disappear is me and liv and pls don’t leave stuff for people
