WSC Exec Meeting, H0.03, 25/02/24, 4pm

LL: apologies from everybody, welcome to the last exec meeting of this exec
Section Two
LL: updates, any updates?
SC: Pub: haven’t done anything, did say I want to set deadlines this meeting, might just do it in Slack
LL: thought we would do it anyway
JPT: FOH: ordered more green till roll as we were running low
LL: allnighter happened
DK: barbie screening underwhelming, hopefully imitation game is more whelming
KH: digisignage
SC: they made a thing and I made it prettier by using the back of the booklet cover, everything relevant is in the pub drive folder Logos For Daniel
TC: Socials: votings for locations of EoT meal are up and ready

LL: publicity deadlines
SC: 22nd April - first day of T3
Pub run that weekend 20th/21st
Everything here by 17th ideally, will be around
Want a two-week gap at least between ordering and when I want it to arrive, hopefully not as traumatic as last time
Ideal order date: April 3rd
Rest of dates in terms of schedule
KH: reckon we should have an ideal date to handover to new lot
SC: not that much to do, not sure if pricings are this exec vote or next exec
LL: leave it for next exec
SC: important bit is I want to order by 3rd April, maybe confirmed by 15th March
LL: sounds good to me, can be sent to Exec

LL: elections are happening on wednesday at 6.30pm in L3, online voting is out now, come in person if you can and vote at the AGM, everyone who is currently on Exec and handing over will need to, well, hand over
DK: just like the film on tonight (Very funny joke from the VP if I say so myself, because the film tonight is The Holdovers)
LL: handover deadline is Friday of W10, will be handover exec meeting before that, earlier the better
SC: if nobody is running for your role, what do you do? Happy to just carry on, conversation for handover exec meeting
LL: probably yes as that is the time to co-opt someone, does anyone have anything else to say?

LL: before Friday W10, there will be a poll but it won’t be sent out by me

LL: I had a very tiring time followed by a very long sleep
EH: we should bring snacks to the AGM

SC: don’t know how relevant this is, my boss at Curio said that if we wanted to do a collab for Curio specials we can, probably not for T1 but maybe T2
