1) Welcome

2) Getting involved
Amy Young, Rhodi Renno, Carly Whitfield expressed an interest in getting involved/ more involved in publicity
3) Planning for Publicity for next term and assigning of roles
Planned schedule:
- work on reviews and graphics will start as soon as a schedule is available.
- the aim is for these to be finished by the end of week 9
- Laying out of the posters and booklet should be finished in week 10
Matt P. volunteered to take on the role of Graphics Coordinator. This involves organising graphics acquisition and ensuring that the graphics that are submitted are in the right format and with the right file names.
Matt P. and Aiden both volunteered to help with laying out the booklet.
4) Publicity strategy next term
Black Sheep will get LOTS of sheep related publicity
Any suggestions for films that need extra publicity or ways to raise the profile of the society should be put on the forums or emailed to the publicity officer.
