6:15pm, Rococo
(1) Welcome and apologies.
DMs present: Matt, Helen, George, James, Rob
Trainee DMs present: Tim, Natalie, Seb('s folder)
Also present: Andrew, Aiden
Apologies: Mike, Jeffrey
Rachel apologised later for brain malfunction.
Pierre later claimed his apologies from before his visit still stand.
(2) Rotas.
Rachel is only DM available on Tuesday. [She has since kindly agreed
to do the show.]
(3) Newer laptops.
Andrew has: not thrown them down the stairs, given up on XP, installed
Vista Enterprise (which is fugly) and obtained a bodge from James
Bonsall to get the Union's EPOS system to work. Andrew hopes to finish
a prototype by tommorow [8 Feb]. Peripherals, space etc will be
required for the bonus till.
(4) Handover.
Matt chaired the meeting. James will respond to chiefdm until 4pm on
Friday. Matt is to receive 15 keys with a Sun newspaper keyring.
(5) DM training.
Trainee progress was discussed in L3 after the meeting.
(6) AOB.
George's agenda point is still forgotten. Seb would like to start a
filmsoc badminton league, currently has two players. Some union
election publicity was moved by Helen.
