DM Meeting @ 2008-02-14 18:15:00
6:15pm, Rococo.
(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, Andrew, James, Rachel, Seb (LATE).
Apologies: Helen, Jeffrey, Mike, Pierre, Rob, Tim.
(2) Rotas.
James agreed to do Planet Terror instead of Helen. Helen loves James.
(3) The AllNighter.
The Exec has decided a stall should be open in the Union from Wed 20 - Fri 22, 11am-3pm each day. Setup will be about 10:30am. DMs that were present indicated when they were available to help. [Those not present are requested to email me with when they can help.]
DMs present also indicated which films they would like to watch.
(4) Laptops.
More fiddling is needed on the "pilot" laptop. [Andrew is going to look at the mounting etc on Saturday.]
(5) AOB.
An incident occured recently where somebody trying to gain free entry by claiming to be the trainee projectionist. Stewards on the door should be reminded of their responsibilities and ask people to wait for the DM to confirm if neccessary. Crew members should be fully co-operative with stewards checking their tickets etc.
