6:15pm, Rococo.
(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, Andrew, George (late), Helen, James, Mike, Natalie, Rachel, Robert, Seb, Stephen
Apologies: George (because he was going to be late), Jeffrey, Pierre.
It was suggested that if a certain Mr. Winskill was mentioned in the minutes, he might send apologies for future meetings. The discussion began with the observation that the Chief DMs minutes form didn't have a row for him in the attendance table.
(2) Rotas.
Rachel might be able to DM Tuesday's show.
(3) Steward crew status.
DMs are requested to check the shows worked by stewards they are unfamiliar with and warn them if they are in danger of losing their crew status. A former crew member came to a film, got his member's free ticket and was surprised and having to pay for his guest.
(4) Laptops.
Are now largely finished, resulting in the loss of valuable padding for DM meeting agendas.
