(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, George, Helen, James, Jeffrey, Martin (briefly), Natalie, Rachel, Robert.

(2) Rotas.
Meeting in L3 at 2045 was proposed for pre-midnight social. Helen is too lazy to do anything this week or the next.
(3) EPOS system.
The yellow box is still yellow. Perhaps random colours would be more appropriate. A fanfare might also be helpful, especially with regards to getting stewards to go on the door.
(4) AOB.
* George attempted to reschedule his pub meeting, and also expressed concern that "The Oxford Murders" may not be double showing material. Rachel suggested "Mamma Mia!" as a suitable replacement.
