(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matthew, Andrew, George, James, Jeffrey, Natalie, Robert.
Apologies: Helen, Mike, Pierre, Stephen.
(2) Rotas.
(3) Future apologies.
A string of apologies for future meetings was received:
* James apologised for next week.
* George for the week after.
* Nobody apologised for the following week.
* Rob and Jeffrey apologised for the penultimate week of term. [Rob has since amended this to week 8].
* Andrew issued a general apology.
(4) AOB.
* Tonight's film will be George's 300th as a member of the Front of House team.
* Andrew was concerned that it looks bad to sell latecomer tickets to people and then show them in to some trailers. The policy was discussed, and an explanation/warning in the booklet [and website?] was suggested.
