Manchester Motion Picture Society Manchester Motion Picture Society
We are an active group who love watching and discussing films. Our weekly screenings feature an introduction to the film by one of the committee or particularly enthusiastic member, the screening of the film, and then a discussion of the film. Our informal discussions focus on how we as the audience reacted to the film, looking at the impact of the direction, acting, cinematography, editing, sound etc. We love to hear everyone's opinion, and there is no wrong answer! You don't have to talk if you don't want to, we pride ourselves on being a very chilled society
